These beautiful baskets are handwoven traditionally by women in the Buhera district of Manicaland in Zimbabwe, using generational old weaving techniques that are still passed on through families today.
The baskets are handwoven using natural plant fibers which are grown locally in the region and are traditionally used to store grains in the family home.
Each one is completely unique in size and shape, adding individuality to it's design and they make stunning display pieces.
